ST. JOSEPH, MO. (2010-3-19) A St. Joseph business is one of 11 the Missouri department of natual resources plans to pursue legally because of hazarous waste allegations.

The department referred progressive moulded products of St. Joseph to the attoney generals office for failure to pay hazardous waste fees back in 2008. One important function of the hazardous waste program is to keep tabs on the businesses who deal with hazardous waste. The ensure all waste is properly and safely handled. The department of natural resources is asking the attourney generals office for the outstanding fees which include months of late fees.
