ST. JOSEPH, MO (2012-06-26)
The city of St. Joseph could see many orange signs and flags this week as numerous street repair projects are taking place.
St. Joseph Public Works crews will be working on drainage, alley, asphalt, pot hole and slurry seal projects this week. Of the projects taking place this week, motorists will want to watch for the slurry seal work zones. Assistant Director of St. Joseph Public Works, Andy Clements, says they will close all or part of the streets undergoing slurry seal repairs.
Of this week's slurry seal projects, Clements says they're doing a large stretch on Corby Parkway up to Northwest Parkway.Clements adds all slurry seal projects scheduled this week should be completed by Friday, but equipment, weather and staff could potentially delay expected completion.© Copyright, KXCV
