The Northwest Missouri State University St. Joseph Center has moved to a new location.
The facility had been in downtown St. Joseph. It has been moved to the north end of th city in a building that has been standing for 93 years. Owner of the building, Don Evans, says the building was home to the Buchanan County Poor Farm.
The Green Acres Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. The new St. Joseph Center is now located at 3500 North Village Drive, one mile northwest of Highway 169 and Interstate 29.© Copyright, KXCV
