Hamburg Bank Robbery

The FBI is helping local law enforcement in the investigation of a bank robbery yesterday morning in Hamburg, Iowa.

The Fremont County sheriff's department says an eyewitness saw a man running from the Great Western Bank at Main and "E" streets in Hamburg about a half hour after the bank opened. He's being described as a dark-skinned young man in his early 20's. There's an indication a Cadillac with Nebraska plates may be part of the investigation, but authorities are working to put more pieces of the robbery together.
