ST. JOSEPH, MO (2011-06-24)
The threat of flooding is relocating a driver's license testing office in St. Joseph.
City emergency managers are monitoring two levees protecting the city, but with increased rates of water being released upstream and more storms locally, the Highway Patrol is temporarily moving the state's driver testing office from its current location on Highway 759 to a new office inside the St. Joseph city limits at 6th and Olive Streets. The testing will start there this upcoming Monday.
