The heat is on and staying safe during the higher temperatures is a must through the summer months.
It's important to stay hydrated during these hot summer days. Livingston County Health Center spokeswoman, Ann Burchett says drink before you get thirsty. She recommends you drink plenty of water and then replenish your body with electrolytes. Burchett says when going out in the heat make sure you are prepared.
