The St. Joseph City Council is expected tonight to approve a $165,000 agreement for consulting services with the St. Joseph Area Chamber of Commerce.

Also on tonight's city council agenda is a $1.2 million street resurfacing project with the Herzog Corporation, an $80,000 study by Olsson and Associates for a transit study, and approving the final plat for the "Fountain Creek" subdivision, which will create 17 lots along fountain creek drive. The St. Joseph City Council meeting starts at 7 tonight at City Hall.
