DeKALB COUNTY, MO (2011-06-24)

A DeKalb county jury has ruled in favor of Corporate Hog Giant Premium Standard Farms in a nuisance dispute.

The lawsuit alleged an order fro a PSF's Scoot-Colby Farm in Daviess county was damaging Vernon Hane's use and enjoyment of his farm over the last 11 years. The nuisance trial lasted two and a half weeks. It took the jury about an hour and a half of reach the verdict in favor of PSF.
