Holt county crops could be in serious danger with all of the flooding.

County officials worry if water continues to be released and is resting on the levee for long periods of time, the water will find a weak spot and possibly cause a breach. Agronomy expert Wayne Flanery says if this would happen Holt county crops in the flood path would be under water.

Flanery adds this late in the growing season and with water still around the ability to replant won't be there.
