The flood destruction has hit home in Holt county, but emergency officials there say the extent may not even be on the map yet for the federal officials.

Holt County Emergency manager Gary Parker says his reports on the ground don't agree with warnings from the Army Corps of Engineers.

Parker is warning Holt county residents not to wait until an evacuation order is issued but start packing up and preparing now so when the time comes, immediate evacuation is possible.
