The Army Corp's release of water on the Missouri River to flood Missouri property is raising concern of Tarkio Congressman Sam Graves.

He says he's contacted the Corps and requested they simply slow down the release upstream. He says last year's problems in Northwest Missouri brings perspective to this year's impending problems.

Graves adds he's still waiting on a response from the Army Corps of Engineers on whether they will reexamine the plan for a series of water releases during the next 3 weeks.
