The Clarinda City Council has a change of scenery by meeting at the fire department this evening.

On the agenda is approval of employee pay raises effective July first, a bid for a bucket truck, and re-appointing several residents to the Clarinda Library Board and planning and zoning board. The Clarinda City Council meeting at the fire department starts at 6 tonight.
