Children from the area suffering from cancer are getting ready for camp quality.

The camp is an annual week long event for children of al ages who are fighting cancer. Co-director of camp quality Adam Nelson says it is a chance for the kids to forget about their illness for awhile.

Nelson expects about 100 campers to attend camp quality which is located just out side of Stuartsville. Anyone wanting to donate money or volunteer their time can visit www.campqualitynwmo.org
