ALBANY, MO (2011-06-22)

The Albany School Board held a meeting earlier this week.

Some of the topics covered were a proposal of a new building built by the Albany Booster Club. An additional bus route for the upcoming school year, and the revision of the 2011-12 budget. Albany R-3 Superintendent Bryan Prewitt says the new budget was approved last month but it needed revision due to some cuts.

Prewitt adds the school wanted to start the fiscal year with a good accurate budget.
