The Board of Aldermen met earlier this week in Albany.

Some of the bills presented and that passed unanimously were the amending of 2011-11 budget and approving the 2011-12 budget. Albany City manager Derek Brown says these are two task that are performed annually, he says Albany fared pretty well.

Brown adds in the meeting the board decided to remove the limitation of licenses of any type the city can issue.
