St. Joseph, MO (2010-06-08) A new nine million dollar project is beginning in Rosecran's Airport, St. Joseph.

The Air National Guard is building a fire and crash rescue station to replace the old station.
Rosecran's Airport Manager Mike Hurst says the station is outdated and undersized for newer equipment.

Construction is planned to begin in the next few months.
The new station is projected to be complete around next spring or summer.
