Chillicothe, MO (2010-06-11) Three Chillicothe residents are jailed after investigators break up an alleged drug ring.

The Livingston County Sheriff's office says they've arrested Johnnie Wayne Horton, Susan Horton, and Randy Horton- all in their 30's and all from Chillicothe after an investigation starting back in April.

The Sheriff's office says Johnnie Horton was arrested in the 9 hundred block of Elm Street and charged with distribution of marijuana within 2 thousand feet of a school.

He's being held on 50 thousand dollars cash bond.

Susan and Randy Horton were arrested in the 6 hundred block of Webster Street in Chillicothe.

Susan is charged with possession with intent to distribute more than 35 grams of pot... as is Randy Horton.

Both are being held on 25 thousand dollar cash bond.

Investigators think the three might be responsible for distributing more than 50 pounds of marijuana during the past year.
