St. Joseph, MO (2009-06-29) The Highway Patrol gears up to stomp out any weeds sprouting in Northwest Missouri.
It's marijuana growing season and Highway Patrol Troop
"H," out of St. Joseph, will be scanning Northern Missouri for the
illegal growing operations and ask for citizens to observe
and report.
Sgt Sheldon Lyon (lion) with the Highway Patrol, says the
marijuana grows can occur in rural areas but also in the
urban areas.
You can report any suspicious activity anonymously by
Calling the Patrol's Bad Weed Hotline at 1-800-bad-weed.
