Grazeland Farms Tour

Jamesport, MO (2009-06-22) Pasture-based egg and meat production will be the focus of a farm tour in Northwest Missouri this week.

University of Missouri Extension Horticulture Specialist Tim

Baker says the tour will be Wednesday beginning at one at the

Grazeland Farm near Jamesport.

The tour will demonstrate management tools for the

pasture-based egg and meat production farm.

Baker adds the tour will highlight the pasture or free

range-fed animals.

Baker says heavy rains could cancel the tour. For
