MARYVILLE, MO (2009-06-09) A Maryville native is making a big name for himself in Hollywood- and in a theater near you.
Bobby Gumm has been nominated as part of the production crew for this year's "Golden Trailer" awards.
The Golden Trailers recognize the industry's best "previews" of movies you see before the show starts.
Gumm is a graduate of the Northwest Mass Communication program and is the music director for a production company in Tinseltown.
Gumm has been a significant part of the trailers for the movies "Terminator Salvation", "Angels and Demons", "Wall-E", and "Bolt".
This year he's up for the Best TV-spot film trailer category for the movie "Terminator Salvation".
He's also been a part of the production team creating the trailers for "Angels and Demons" and "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button"- also both nominated for this year's Golden Trailer awards.
