Maryville City Council Passes Zoning changes

MARYVILLE, MO (2012-07-10)

The Maryville City Council passed a number of changes to the City's Zoning Ordinance during last night's Regular Session.

The changes include the creation of zoning overlay districts near the Northwest Missouri State campus, defining the registration process for non-conforming uses and adding a definition for accessory rentals. Maryville Mayor Glenn Jonagan says the changes help clarify the communities zoning regulations.

The Maryville City Council also appointed Dustin Henggeler to the Maryville Library Board during last night's session.
