MARYVILLE, MO (2012-07-17)
Maryville residents looking to get rid of debris by burning will have to wait a little bit longer.
One of three open burn periods was to have started today but Maryville Public Safety Director Keith Wood says city officials have decided to push back the date for open burning because of the hot, dry weather the region has been experiencing.
The next open burn period is set to run October 24th through November 6th. Wood says should conditions change this summer city officials may look at adding another open burning period.© Copyright, KXCV
