LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MO (2012-07-06)

Faulty Technology is the suspect in aiding two north central Missouri men break out of jail earlier this week.

According to Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox his officers broke no protocol when Tony Dawson and Bobby Ray Waddle, both of Brookfield, were able to partially force open a security door. Cox says he called his Deputy Sheriff to investigate how the inmates were able to escape while he was out searching for the prisoners.

Cox says they have increased awareness of all people in that area.Cox adds, reports have been filed with the Prosecuting Attorney to place additional charges on Dawson and Waddle, and possible persons suspected of helping Waddle get from Chillicothe to Brookfield.
