Farmer's have reached a critical point with their livestock and pastures as the drought continues to damage crops.
The University of Missouri Extension is holding Forage and Drought: Management and Recovery classes to teach farmers strategies on managing pastures and livestock during a drought, and what to do with damaged crops in order to recover. Missouri Extension Livestock Specialist, Shawn Deering, says they will also be demonstrating how to nitrate test corn.
