St. Joseph's as appointed their new city manager.

Bruce Woody was the former public works and transportation director for the city of St. Joseph for 14 years before receiving the new position. He says he is very excited and appreciates the opportunity the community and the city council has given him to put his own stamp on how the city conducts its business. Woody goes on to speak about his vision for the city.

Woody adds his personal goal is try and change the public's perception of local government.
