The silver haired legislators in our region recently developed bills to be presented to the Missouri legislators in the fall.

Now with the bills put together its off to Jefferson City to see if the bills can pass to the next level. Support services manager for northwest Missouri area agency on aging, Bonnie Stigall says the silver haired legislators picked the most pressing issues for seniors in our region.

Stigall adds there are 10 area agencies on aging in Missouri. Each office has a silver haired legislative body. The bills go to Jefferson City on August 16th.
