Two Missouri senators are among a group of federal lawmakers that have joined forces to investigate flood control along the Missouri and its impact on communities up and down the basin.
The group is set to start meeting next Monday to re-examine the Army Corps of Engineer's policy and seek common solutions to avoid flooding like we're seeing this year. Missouri senator Roy Blunt says senator Claire McCaskill has also joined him in the non-partisan effort.
Two North Dakota lawmakers are also part of the group.© Copyright, KXCV
