The D.C. Debt talks are rife with politics and the loudest voices are from the extremes on both sides.
That's the analysis from Northwest Missouri State political science professor Dr. Richard Fulton. He thinks both Democrats and Republicans have an eye to next year's elections, not just the potential downgrading of US credit.
Fulton adds he thinks the August 2nd deadline is somewhat psychological, saying there should be enough money for the federal government to continue operating through next month.© Copyright, KXCV
