The Chillicothe City Council met Monday evening.

Some of the topics discussed were the 2010 and 11 audit, an ordinance regarding building codes and the hospital's request to use community funds for an architect. Chillicothe City clerk Rose Frampton says Crystal Narr of Main Street Chillicothe and Eric Wallace a historic preservationist intern were also at the meeting discussing the Leeper Hotel.

Frampton adds the council is willing to listen to other options if organizers can come up with enough money before the grant is approved.
