Jefferson City, MO (2010-07-12) We're now in week number two for Missouri's special legislative session, but lawmakers have reached an agreement on a timetable to finish it.

If all goes according to plan, lawmakers will pass both the Auto Incentives Plan and Pension bills by this Wednesday, sending them to the Governor.

Senate President Pro-Tem Charlie Shields of St. Joseph says as part of the agreement, his chamber will not push for a new Investment Board for state pensions.

The agreement also calls for tax breaks for underground Data Storage Centers to be removed from the Auto Incentives bill, which would provide millions to the Ford Motor Plant near Kansas City.
