MARYVILLE, MO (2010-07-14) Two convicted criminals in two separate Maryville cases lose their probation status and are on the way to the state penitentiary.
Twenty year old Michael Schneider has been on probation since 2008 after pleading guilty to three counts of forgery.
But authorities say he has since committed new crimes, and that was enough for the judge to execute the sentence.
Schneider is to serve 12 years in the state prison.
In another cased 39 year old Scott Kemble was found to have violated his probation stemming from a 2007 forgery at a Maryville grocery store.
Kemble will serve 6 years in prison.
