New Student Regent

MARYVILLE, MO (2010-7-30) The new student regent from Savannah has been named for Northwest Missouri State University.

Yesterday afternoon governor Jay Nixon appointed Joseph Barbosa from Savannah to sit as the student representative on the Northwest board of regents. His official confirmation is expected in January as the legislature returns to approve the appointment.
