Wayman
Gallatin, MO (2010-07-19) The former Gallatin Grain owner accused of defrauding thousand of dollars gets probation- but in an unrelated case.
Fourth Circuit Judge Roger Prokes' ruling came in the case the State Department of Natural Resources has against Daniel Froman (froe-man) and regarding his other business- the Gallatin Livestock Auction and the sale barns' alleged water runoff.
Froman received probation on the grounds he comply with D-N-R regulations within 60 days.
If he doesn't, he'll have to pay a 1 hundred thousand dollar fine.
Charges involving the alleged grain stealing agaist Froman are still ongoing.
