Savannah, MO (2010-07-09) A 34 -year-old man suffers moderate injuries after an accident 3 miles south of Savannah, Missouri.

The Highway Patrol says, Matthew Van Vacater was southbound on U-S 71, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a median crossover.
The patrol says Vacater came to a rest upright, facing south in the meidan.
Investigators say Vacater was assisted by Trooper Seabaugh and Andrew County Sheriff's department; he was then transported by ambulence to Heartland Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.
