Chillicothe Golf Carts

Chillicothe, MO (2010-07-14) The issue of using golf carts on Chillicothe city streets is still open for discussion.

At this week's City Council meeting members discussed an ordinance for dealing with those driving golf carts.

The proposal almost mirrors the wording of the Chillicothe A-T-V ordinance already in effect.

But the Council tabled the golf cart idea until its next meeting on the 26th.

Also at the meeting members appointed Harry Wise to serve on the Airport Advisory Board, and Karen Dixon for the Park Advisory Board.
