MARYVILLE, MO (2010-07-20) A legend in animal care circles is in Maryville starting today-- and pet owners can take advantage.

Rachel Resk is the founder of a cat rescue in Naperville Illinois and a professional animal behaviorist.

She's at the New Nodaway Humane Society's Animal Shelter today to help two cats with incomplete brain development.

But Humane Society member Marlene Thompson says she's going to do much more than that for the Maryville Shelter and the resident cats.

Resk will also be available for one-on-one behavior identification sessions with cat and dog owners starting tomorrow from 1 to 4 for a donation.

That will also be at the Shelter in Maryville.
