MARYVILLE, MO (2010-07-26) Continuing our "Candidate Spotlight" series for the upcoming August third primary, we begin featuring those running for the 4th Circuit Court Clerk's position.
Kim Carmichael is the incumbent and a Maryville native.
He points to efficiencies the last 3 years he's put into place that's garnered the Daniel O-Toole award for efficiencies in the court system- a first for the 4th Circuit.
Carmichael says that's made the office more public-friendly.
