MARYVILLE, MO (2010-07-21) Continuing our series of candidates for the August third primary we turn to the race for Nodaway County Prosecutor.

Incumbent David Baird (baird) has served nearly 30 years as the prosecutor in the county... where he is a native.

Baird has also served on various boards and organizations... which he says brought in the same ideas to the position of Proecuting Attorney.

Baird adds there's been a 48 percent increase in charges filed in Nodaway County in the last 17 months.
