Bethany, MO (2010-07-23) A reminder to drivers between Bethany and Albany to be aware the 8 week bridge work on Highway 136 starts Monday.

Crews are closing a bridge deck for replacement over White Oak Creek.

That's east of New Hampton between Highways "D" and "B-B".

Highway 136 in that stretch will also close to all traffic.... so drivers going east bound to Bethany will have to take a detour north onto Highway D.
