Plattsburg, MO (2009-07-17) A Clinton County woman is being recognized for her 20 years of service driving the OATS bus.

Susanne Arnold first started driving in July of 1989 after answering an ad in the paper.

The St. Joseph native says her riders are like family to her.

Arnold's supervisor point out she always sees to her riders needs and comforts.
