Noblet Sentenced

MARYVILLE, MO (2009-07-06) A Maryville man is sentenced to six years in prison.

That sentence comes after John Noblet entered a guilty plea to the felony charge of stealing by deceit.

Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney David Baird alleged Noblet withdrew funds from Bank Midwest even though he knew his account would not support the transaction.
