Mother Arrested

Chillicothe, MO (2009-07-28) A mother in Chillicothe is arrested after not one but 3 of her young children are found wondering the neighborhood.

Police responded to the call just before 2 in the morning… in the 14-hundred block of Alexander in Chillicothe.

There, they say they found 3 children- all under the age of 5- that were outside and unsupervised.

The toddlers were placed with their grandmother, then their 23 year old mother was arrested for child endangerment.

The investigation showed she left them alone for more than an hour.

She was taken to the Livingston County Jail pending formal charges.
