Gach Named Chair

St. Joseph, MO (2009-07-09) A St. Joseph citizen is now overseeing all road projects in the state after a chairman abruptly quits.

David Gach was serving as vice-chair of the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission until yesterday's meeting when Chairman Mike Kehoe (key-hoe) resigned effectively immediately, sighting the need to move to pursue other interests.

Although Gach moves to the chairman's seat, the Governor will make the final decision on who stays there.
