MARYVILLE, MO (2009-07-03) Maryville Public Safety will enforce firework safety regulations within the City of Maryville on the Fourth of July.
Fireworks will only be allowed on the Fourth of July from eight in the morning until eleven at night if they are being used inside the city limits.
This year, bottle rockets will be prohibited in Maryville due to their unpredictable nature.
Kieth Wood of Maryville Public Safety says adults should supervise their children when shooting off fireworks.
Wood also says as long as everyone follows the rules and adheres to the time slot, no one should have any problems.
