Dieker Pleads

MARYVILLE, MO (2009-07-28-09) A Maryville man accused of trying to set up a hit to kill his wife pleads guilty in the case.

Robert Dieker (deek-er) Junior made the plea yesterday in court.

He faced conspiracy to murder in the first degree after investigators say he delivered a work schedule and a license number and made arrangements to have his wife killed.

He had been scheduled to go to trail in the case early next year.

He's now set to be sentenced in late August.
