Burglary Sentencing

MARYVILLE, MO (2009-07-29) Two Iowa men were sentenced for burglary and stealing offenses in Nodaway County.

21-year old Shaun Savala and 18-year old Jordan Kirsch pled guilty to felony burglary and stealing charges in connection with the January break-in and robbery at the Smoke Shop in Hopkins.

Kirsch will serve 120 days in jail, five years probation and 1500 dollars in restitution to victims.

Savala was ordered to serve five years in prison on each count… he was already serving a sentence for a prior felony as well.
