New School Opens

Nebraska City Neb. (1/6/2010) Nebraska City opens a new elementary school- if the weather holds.

The new Northside Elementary was set to open Monday, but cold weather forced delays in both finishing construction and moving equipment into the new facility.

The school will hold students in Kindergarten through the 2nd grade.

Classes for all other students in the Nebraska City district have already started as scheduled.
