MARYVILLE, MO (1/7/2010) A Northwest Missouri Senator continues opposing the decision to delay releasing E-Coli results from the Lake of the Ozarks last year.
Senator Brad Lager chairs the State Senate committee that oversees Environmental Issues.
The man responsible told the committee he wanted to develop an improvement plan before releasing the results of the bacteria in the lake, and the public was never in danger.
But Lager disagrees.
Lager also accuses D-N-R officials of not cooperating with his committee's inquiry into the delayed release of the E-Coli test results.
