MARYVILLE, MO (2010-1-29) Boyles Motors in Maryville is appealing the decision by General Motors to drop the dealership.

David Boyles as filed the paperwork in an arbitration setting, meaning it won't go to court but a decision between the parties will be legally binding. Months ago in deep economic trouble, GM identified the Maryville dealership as low-volume and said the corporation was dropping its affiliation with the Maryville business. Boyles says he expects arbitration hearings with GM to last several months.
