Prokes Begins Last Term

Missouri Fourth District Judicial Circuit Court Judge Roger Prokes of Maryville is beginning his third term as judge of the judicial circuit that covers northwest Missouri.

Prokes has announced he will not seek re-election at the conclusion of the current six-year term.

Prokes says if he would be re-elected...the Governor would have to appoint someone to fill out his term once he reached the age of 70. Prokes current term expires December 31st, 2018.
